Bonnie is the BEST. I truly felt like fromnthe moment we first spoke to weeks after the sale that Bonnie was selling her own house. She put so much time and energy in helping us prepare our home for showing. The photos, video, and marketing were beautiful. She brought in beautiful furniture for our voids. In addition her communication was amazing. We were never left wondering. She was considerate about our availability and lack of knowledge with the selling process. In a neighborhood that saw houses on the market for multiple months. We had 4 offers after 2 days.

WOW! I cannot recommend Bonnie highly enough - 5 stars just doesn't do her justice! At every step of the way, Bonnie exceeded our expectations. With our initial outreach, she immediately started researching properties and providing us with insights into the different neighborhoods. When she took us around to see a number of different properties, she outlined all of the pros and cons of each property and neighborhood. When we submitted our offer and started the back and forth negotiation, Bonnie provided sage advice. She stayed on top of the deal throughout the closing process - making sure that everyone was doing everything they needed to do (and doing it on time). And she helped us post-close with finding a new tenant: she posted the listing on her social media and within a couple of weeks had provided us with 3 great leads! At *every* step, Bonnie was incredibly detail oriented but also quick to act. She exceeded every single expectation that we had coming into this (having worked with many Realtors over the years) and I honestly can't wait to work with her again soon!

Bonnie Smith is THE BEST realtor around!! A few years ago, she sold my husband’s Rancho Cordova home in a weekend (six offers and well above asking price), and then she sold my Rocklin home in a single weekend with a full-price offer and a backup offer in the wings. Both closed in record time (30 days or less) with no issues (because she handles everything and never skips a beat). She’s an expert at pricing, but she’s also unbelievable at staging, which is a service she includes (so you don’t pay more). And it’s not “light” staging, but full-blown model home decorating. So while our houses flew off the market, many of the others in our areas were sitting on the market for months with ?? prices. I would never buy or sell a house without her...she makes it painless. And that’s no small feat. So, if you’re thinking of buying or selling, don’t think of using anyone but Bonnie!!!
